What happens after my free trial ends?

After your free trial ends you will be charged to continue using our services. If you have not provided payment information your subscription will be automatically stopped.

How do I get an invoice?

Our payment processor Stripe will generate invoices for you and we will send out email receipts to you after each payment. You can access invoices from the account settings page.

For how long is user feedback stored and NPS stats stored?

Our most basic plan offers 60 days of data retention. After that old survey data will be deleted. If you require longer data retention please consider upgrading to our higher-tier plans which offer unlimited data retention.

Do you have a free plan?

Unfortunately, we do not offer NPSBox for free. We are an entirely customer-funded company. We do not make any money from your data and we have not received outside investments to help us offset various costs. The money we receive from our customers helps us continue offering great service and cover our costs. Thanks for understanding!

Do you have an annual plan?

We do! If you want to sign up for an annual subscription please send us an email and we'll be happy to set you up. Annual plans come with a discount!
